You should be able to bias 6550's as a drop-in with no resistor clip.

The GF 90 will not get as heavy as the KT 20th though. So keep that in mind. Different voicings for different players is all it is. You gotta try one and hear for yourself. WebJun 23, 2024 · The 2nd stage is Bogner Ecstasy 100B (aka classic also) with a 100k plate and 2.3k/1.5uF. The final stage and tone stack (EQ) is all Marshall with 820/.68uF and 33k/470p EQ.
