Yes, looks like now Outcast quests from bounty table don’t hurt Black Legion reputation (I play in GD from version 1.0.0.6 and did not face with this case). WebYou do Black Legion the first/second time or both, and then switch to Outcast on the last one. You won't be hostile with the Black Legion. Just don't kill her after you side with her, or you will go back to hostile with The Outcast. Outcast is also the easiest rep to farm, so catching her up shouldn't be difficult.

Snake can be avoided, but final, obviously, cannot. So far you have an OK Fire and Acid, but your Chaos is very low - until you'll raise it to 80 I'd advise you to avoid this dungeon. tie with tuxedo
